Yes, and we think it's the most effective format for this type of work. We deliver on-site across Australia. Remote and hybrid delivery is also available.
Do your training courses include hands-on content?
Every course we develop includes both theorietical and practical, hands-on components. Formal assessment and certification are included on all courses, for the benefit of both the technician and the employer.

How is pricing structured?
All projects are scoped and priced individually. No two businesses are the same, so we don't publish a rate card. Every engagement starts with a direct call where we can give you a clear indication of scope and cost before anything is agreed.
How do I fix inconsistency in my workshop team?
Usually it's one of three things. No written processes, people who learned the job differently, or know-how stuck in one person's head. When every tech does it their own way, you end up fixing things twice. We come out to your workshop, find where the variation is happening, and build procedures around your actual equipment and job types.
How do I reduce rework in a mechanical workshop?
Rework is almost never a people problem. It's a systems problem. Techs doing the same job different ways, no clear procedures, or know-how that only one person has. A process audit finds where things are breaking down. Then you write the right procedures, train your team on them, and the same mistakes stop happening.
How do I create SOPs for mechanical workshop equipment?
Four steps. Watch your best tech do the job and write down every step. Work out the right sequence and cut the workarounds. Write it up plainly enough that someone new could follow it without asking. Then get another team member to test it and fix anything unclear before it goes live. Most workshops know the process. The problem is finding the time to document it properly. We come out and do it with you.

Without them, quality depends on whoever picks up the job. When that person leaves, so does what they knew. SOPs give you consistent results no matter who's on the tools, faster onboarding for new starters, knowledge that stays in the business, and fewer jobs coming back.
